This website (raheja-helios-nibm.com) is owned and operated by Arun Solanki, an individual real estate agent registered with MahaRERA under Agent Registration No. A52100044678, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are an authorized marketing partner (channel partner) for the Raheja Helios / Raheja Galaxy project. We are not the developer, K Raheja Corp, and this is not the developer's official website.

We are an independent, RERA-registered real estate agent. Our role is to share information about the project, answer questions and arrange site visits. We are not the builder, promoter or developer, and we are not their employee or representative for the purpose of making commitments on their behalf. We are paid a brokerage by the developer if a buyer we introduce completes a purchase; visitors to this website are charged nothing by us, for any service, at any stage.
All bookings, allotments, payments and agreements are made directly with the developer, under the developer's terms and applicable RERA regulations. We do not accept payments through this website.
